Sales, Training & Development specialist with over 23 years in Sales, Training, Organizational & Talent Development, in different Industries from Finance, Insurance, Office Automation, Fmcg, Consumer goods.  Shirish is  a Sales Management expert who transforms Sales Managers into Great  Sales Managers, for the organization .He works with Sales executives to hire better teams, develop sales team that outperform the competition, and by doing  so, achieve greater personal and professional success . His mission is to inspire sales leaders, managers and representatives to achieve their full potential to achieve their vision. .


Shirish has been working as Consultant in training, financial planning and coaching. He is expert in Distribution network setup activities for  consumer goods and also for insurance Companies Corporate Groups like Godrej, Marico, Wipro, Murugappa group, HDFC Standardlife, and Reliance have all used his services.

Mentoring, nurturing and developing people towards growth has been his  passion from the beginning with  23  years of solid  career growth behind him. He has developed  People from being  raw fresh sub -ordinates to best performer of the circle!  Many have grown in their career, managing teams in various positions from branch managers to  zonal heads to managing country operations in India and abroad. Some  are now  working on their  own with successful business enterprises.  Shirish has ample experience of motivating people through group presentations in Corporate Companies, Ngo's, Co-Operative Sector Financial Institutions, Society benefit Clubs, various Merchants Association, on.!

Shirish speaks very simple friendly language and   connects with any  group very fast. He has a degree in Business Commerce and Economics  from Bombay University and a strong background in Sales and Marketing that has been put to good use in the Learning and Development arena, in particular working with  middle level Managers ,executives and frontline managers.

Three Dimensions is his Dream Project  to provide transformational inputs through training and development services that will unleash the talents within  any organization. His mission is to inspire sales leaders, managers and representatives to use their full potential, to achieve their Vision. Three Dimensions is currently devoting energies to developing  training programs   for managers leaders and  executives ,from FMCG, Health ,and Finance field.
